ViTech Power Australia as the wholly-owned subsidiary of Volta Energy System warranties the battery, inverter(ViTech Power as trademark), solar panel, generator sold by ViTech Power Australia, Volta Energy System Pty.Ltd or any of its authorized distributors or dealers in Australia to be free of defects in material and product for the specified duration period, after the date of purchase, as evidenced by the original receipt (the “Warranty Period”).
If your product fails due to a defect during the Warranty Period, you may obtain a free relevant after-sales service.
Any replacement product or accessory you obtain under this Limited Warranty must be identical or reasonably equivalent to your original ones
This Limited Warranty is in lieu of, and manufacturer disclaims and excludes, all other express warranties. Manufacturer further limits the duration of all, whether statutory, express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the warranty period.
Manufacturer’s exclusive liability for breach of any warranty on the product shall be to replace the product within the warranty period in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty. In no event shall manufacturer be liable for any loss or damages of any other kind, whether direct, incidental, punitive, consequential including lost profits, exemplary, special or otherwise, including any lost profits or removal, shipping, towing, electrical system tests, charging a battery, rental vehicles, labor, loss of time, loss of use of a vehicle, damage to property other than the product expenses.
EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.
